چکیده
Breast cancer is very common, and there has been a lot of progress in terms diagnosing treating it. Surgical intervention, which tailored to the patient's particular needs numerous clinical concerns, one management methods used. Some indicators that can be used are, for instance, size stage. Smaller earlier stage malignancies treated with wide excision. However, getting proper excision margin around tumor not removing too much tissue problematic. Several studies have shown when 20% breast volume removed, significant risk deformity. Currently, oncoplastic surgery gold standard reconstruction minimize such risk, techniques replacement, includes transposition from elsewhere. Numerous replacement procedures were performed reported patients. The thoracodorsal artery perforator (TDAP) lateral intercostal (LICAP) flaps showed good outcomes cosmetic oncological aspects, yet LICAP was found an excellent choice defect aesthetic result satisfactory. We present case 19-year-old woman who had borderline phyllodes 49-year-old invasive ductal carcinoma in situ (DCIS) LICAP. Following success treatment, appears symmetrical contralateral few weeks following surgery. In conclusion, TDAP offer advantages should considered increase satisfactory patients after construction Indonesia.

Usefulness of Oncoplastic Volume Replacement Techniques after Breast Conserving Surgery in Small to Moderate-sized Breasts
BACKGROUND In Korean women, many of whom have small to moderate-sized breasts, it is difficult to cover a partial breast defect using oncoplastic volume displacement techniques after removal of an adequate volume of tissue during oncologic surgery. In such cases, oncoplastic volume replacement techniques are more useful. METHODS From January 2007 to December 2011, 104 women underwent a total ...

Oncoplastic breast surgery has become a popular choice of treatment for breast reconstruction after mastectomy. There are two different techniques in oncoplastic surgery depending on the volume of the excised breast tissue. One is the volume displacement procedure, which combines resection with a variety of different breast-reshaping and breast-reduction techniques; the other is the volume repl...
متن کاملInternal Mammary Artery Perforator Flap for Immediate Volume Replacement Following Wide Local Excision of Breast Cancer
BACKGROUND Breast-conserving therapy is defined as a breast-conserving wide local excision (WLE) of a mammary tumour combined with postoperative radiotherapy. Immediate restoration of the mammary shape by use of breast reduction techniques (volume displacement) or tissue replacement techniques (volume replacement) is gaining popularity to prevent breast malformation. METHODS To date, using th...
